Production Processes. The Company has developed both process safety management and risk indicators to measure in all areas of productions, business and stakeholder involvements.
Training. All employees are required to undergo a safety culture development process which implements the Behavior Base Safety training to top up and highlight all safety rules and systems as well as task-specific safety training.
Work Environment. To provide its employees with the safest work environment, the Company has developed such programs as the ‘Walk Through Survey’ which measures the amount of volatile organic compounds emitted.
Employee Health. The Company has numerous health programs in place for the benefits of its employees. The ‘Hearing Conservation’ program is designed to prevent noise induced hearing loss or impairment and covers monitoring, testing and training. Annual health checks are provided to all employees and the results are recorded in an ‘e-Health Book’. Work life balance and other health activity programs promote the importance of physical and emotional health of all employees.
